ABC Store Employee Information

ABC Store Employee Training Class
The ABC Store Employee Training Class was developed to train ABC store employees on the responsible sales of alcoholic beverages. The program teaches the latest tools and techniques in detecting underage and intoxicated patrons and utilizes "Fatal Vision" impairment goggles to add realism to the training. This program is free of charge and lasts approximately 1 hour. Topics covered during the training include:

  • Underage Sales
  • Refusing Intoxicated Patrons
  • Dram Shop Liability
  • Detecting fake, altered and imposter ID's
  • Rules and Laws on conduct
  • Acceptable Identification
  • Armed Robberies
  • Shoplifting
