To apply for a retail permit:

1. Review the requirements.
2. Download and complete the forms above.
3. Have fingerprint cards completed for each person applying for a permit at a local law enforcement agency.
4. Submit the completed forms (to include NEW Recycling and proof of training forms) and fingerprint cards, along with a cashier's check or money order, to the ABC Commission.
