Commercial Transportation: allows a non-retailer to transport
more than 80 liters of malt beverages other than draft malt beverages in kegs,
20 liters of unfortified wine, or eight liters of fortified wine or spirituous

Special One-Time Permit: a permit issued to an
organization/individual, including non-profit and
political organizations, collectors, and persons
who have acquired ownerhsip of alcoholic beverages through a special
occurrance (inheritance, foreclocure, bankruptcy,etc).

Limited Special Occasion Permit: authorizes the permittee to
bring fortified wine and spirituous liquor onto the premises of a business,
with the permission of the owner of that property, and to serve those alcoholic
